There used to be a freaking charge for people who could not afford a phone (I could be talking about cell phone charges on that bill tho)

That is the federal universal service charge. It still exists and is listed in the charges above.

The "SafeLink" cell phone program began in 1985. Pres W and Obama did increase its availability.

Its just one tax of many that everybody has to be equal or not left out. They should give them trophies with the celll phones

If you want to be my equal then get your ass out there and work 7 days a week 14-18 hour days for 15 -20 plus years

No I dont anymore I would say burntout is definetly a word but I still work 4-6 days but shorter hours
