Hi- my parents are considering a house in Woodcreek in CS. I'd appreciate any opinions on the quality of that area? Such aa crime, traffic, students, or other annoyances?

Woodcreek is a great hidden gem. It's close enough to just about everything but still tucked away to where there's very little traffic. I can't speak for all of the sections, but from what I've observed there are few to zero [college] students.
We built two different houses in Woodcreek, and lived there for 24 years. We loved it. The HOAs, four different ones if I recall, can be a little abrasive, but I believe they have the best interest of the neighborhood in mind. Make sure you check all the rules associated with your property, and determine for sure which amenities you have access to.

Seems like a great neighborhood from the outside looking in. We drive through it often
Parents have lived there for 25 years. They love it. I believe the drone operation is being moved elsewhere.
