Should just play this game at Kyle Field when the Ags are not playing a home game.

Consol 34 CSH 20......Consol should be top 5 in state now. They are pretty salty.

The Bryan vs Consol game used to be. Way back in the day.

Tiger Pride. These games are always close and entertaining.

I could see it the two meeting again in playoffs.

If they meet in the playoffs, that is more than likely where they will play. Was set up for that last year if they would have met

CSISD needs to stop allowing people to bring in the stadium chairs. Seat width at the stadium is like 19 inches and people are bringing in chairs that are like 24 inches if not more. If you have to strap your stadium chair to your back in order to carry it, its too damn big. Have some consideration for other people and don't take up more space than your seat. Lady in front of me took up her seat and coved the number on the seat next to her with her stadium chair, essentially taking up a seat and a half. 3 people next to her were crammed into 2 and a half seats. Saw many other chairs the same size. Ridiculous. CSISD really needs to put a stop to this and not allow them to be brought into the stadium.

I read somewhere that they do not allow games at Kyle while the Aggies still have home games. Grass field. This may prevent hs playoff games if the Ags are in the new playoff system and have a home game. Still a long way from there this season though.

Highly doubt they would play at Kyle even if A&M allowed it. Almost all High schools are turf fields now, especially at the 5A/6A level. They wont want to play a playoff game on grass. Most of the HS kids have most likely never played on grass. No telling when the last time the either of the varsity teams have played on grass.....probably over 5 years, at least.

That's correct. They would have played at Bryan High.

I just wish folks knew how GOOD they have it with these two schools. In almost every sport the two of them are near the top EVERY YEAR. And if you look at some of the famous alumni at Consol, it's pretty impressive across multiple industries.

These teams may very likely meet again in the playoffs and if they do history says the game will be a roller coaster decided late in the game.

A LOT of talent at both schools. Both teams are top 10 in 5A and probably top 25 in the state regardless of classification. Can't imagine what a combined team would look like.
