Anyone know a car expert that can take a quick a look at used car for Rust?

All, my daughter is looking to buy a used car and we found what we think is good one, but it was originally sold and driven in Illinois so I'm concerned about Rust from this Salt Belt state.

I tried Brazos Valley Automotive, Christian Bros, and Car doc, and they need a good lead time. Trying to get it looked at today. Really just want some peace of mind about the rust and need someone trustworthy just to go check the rust.

Anyone got a lead on that... I'll be happy to compensate an individual that I can give 2-3 hours notice.

I'm not a mechanic but I've bought 100's of cars, I know what is ok and not ok when it comes to rust/corrosion.

it's really low to the ground so not sure what can be seen from under it without it being raised up.

Check the car facts, see where it was from.
Anywhere in the northeast of Midwest. Then yes rust can be an issue.
Anywhere is south Texas (outside of Houston) then not a problem.
For Houston check for flood damager.
