Why are they here only today? Not for the game tomorrow? Pope flying in to watch the Aggies?
They put this out earlier this week.

Really surprising they have old analog/steam gauges. I figured they'd have a more modern glass cockpit.

A whole group of photographers were headed over at 3pm to wait for the helos to take off; imagine my surprise when I get there and the field is empty and to find out they left at 2:47. One even went to get his child out of school early so imagine that child's disappointment.

That's terrible and really stinks. You always have great photos.
Yeah my wife and I were checking out the Bush gravesite and watched them fly right over. I was surprised to see it was only 2:45ish when they weren't supposed to take off until after 3. But I will admit, it was kinda cool standing at the Bush gravesite and seeing those fly over.
I saw one in the air at 2:12p.m.
I don't know if it was simply circling the area, but it was headed southward toward SW Parkway.

That was an Apache that flew in but was not part of the display at Simpson. It will be part of the flyover formation today at the game.Buford T. Justice said:
