I've got a friend who is an executive in a statewide non profit organization that is going to host a meeting in BCS for about 100 people. They usually try to schedule a meal and fun activity for Thursday. Any ideas for such a group in Aggieland next March?

Not sure of the budget, but you can rent the rotunda of the Bush Museum for a reception and then allow attendees to tour the museum.

Popstroke should be open by then and Big Shots is another option that works well for groups. They have an event room.

We had our Christmas party there last year, and it was a blast. Food was good, too.

I believe they already have something scheduled at the Bush Museum. I'm not sure a golf outing would be what they are looking for, although I don't know.

I appreciate the suggestions.

Any more?

Rent the old Macy's at Post Oak Mall and have a giant laser tag game.

I was also going to suggest Big Shots.

Bowling? Not sure if they would have enough with the leagues, but honestly have no idea.

Ice skating but probably not for adults lol.

Just trying to think of places that can hold a lot of people.

Dixie Chicken and turn em loose and tell em to get back at allotted time frame! I will agree with other that Big Shots is a great way to go even if people don't like golf, they have a good time. They have a putt putt course out front as well as really good food.

Rent out the Queen Theater and pick the inspirational movie you want them to watch.

There might be a game on a Thursday so how about a Texas Aggie baseball or softball game! If your meeting is during spring break it will be no problem getting tickets. Schedules won't be out for a while though.
I collect ticket stubs! looking for a 1944 orange bowl and 1981 independence bowl ticket stub as well as Aggie vs tu stubs - 1926 and below, 1935-1937, 1939-1944, 1946-1948, 1950-1951, 1953, 1956-1957, 1959, 1960, 1963-1966, 1969-1970, 1972-1974, 1980, 1984, 1990, 2004, 2008, 2010

Have them call Visit College Station (979-764-2625). They have a team that are there to help.

Legends may be a good venue to look at as well. Big dodge ball tournament or pickleball!

Link to the Queen group booking site. Theater only seats 52, though.

Take the whole group out to the Paintball site. It would be a unique experience for most and they all would enjoy it..

Escape room, but would likely have to split in to sessions. Know they have hosted groups from Austin and Houston that brought multiple busses. Or maybe half bigshots half escape

They could rent out a space and then just go there and kinda sit around and talk. Maybe order a pizza or bring sack lunches.
