We have let our front door go downhill. I had someone that was supposed to come last year, but they stood me up several times.

Does anyone have a go to company for door refinishing?

I'm here for the reply as well, as far as the company standing you up multiple times, that seems common for all the companies in this BCS. I've dealt with it with electrical/plumbing/sprinklers/tree trimer/pool cleaners etc. Seems like companies have all the work they need and have no desire to add additional customers, or they will tell you that they will see you in a month.

We have always used Door Restore. Haven't any issues.

We used them in the past and they left drips in the finish.

I was hoping for someone else.

And how did they respond to that or did you not tell them about the runs

Sometimes to much paint just happens and it runs three hours later

Was busy and did not see it for a few months. Never told them.

This was our first time to have someone else do it. Six months later I had another contractor come out for something and they pointed it out.
