My moms internet has been out since friday. She called but they can't come till 7/5 to fix it. Any tricks to get someone out sooner?

Threat to cancel!? Keep calling them and let them know having a functioning internet is crucial for her line of work…

Out of curiosity, does you mom have their older DSL service, or the newer fiber service?
I ask because I'm thinking about moving from Optimum over to Frontier Fiber...plus, knowing which service she has might make a difference in the possible fix suggestions!
