I know, strange request here.
Anybody local willing to "foster" a dog this weekend? I can provide a large kennel for it to stay in and food. The problem is we already planned on leaving out of town this weekend and I don't want to leave it around my existing dog already. Just don't know how they will interact with each other.
Shorty story is, the dog was found at the HS by some kids for the past few days and my wife took it by the vet to see if it had a chip. It doesn't.
We don't want to turn it over to the shelter yet because it's a sweet dog, it's been taken care of and was somebodies. Just not sure if it got loose or it was dumped yet. It's a young male puppy. Not sure what the long term plan is but the next few days there just isn't an option.
Called the Vet and they are gonna charge me $150 plus boarding BUT, they don't have boarding available this weekend anyways.
