This is awesome for the community and commerce for the local businesses during a very slow time of year. It's about time TAMU starts to monetize a $500 million stadium more than 7 times a year, all the while benefitting BCS.

Lol that's fair although spring is already busy with sports, activities, and school fully in session. So, more than 8 times/year rather than 7. 52 weeks total that's running that's 15% of the time vs 13%.

Me thinks A&M got busy doing this because summertime online learning has hurt local businesses even more than the reduced attendance formerly did so local commerce got in their ears....

A lot of people at A&M have no clue just how sheltered they are. This will be like gameday in Baton Rouge X10. T&P for the parking enforcement officers.

You people realize that most of the attendees are people that already live and drive in the U.S. every day?

Y'all are acting like a bunch of people from the shanty towns outside So Paulo are going to drive beat up carts all the way up here and park on the MSC grass and tear up the place.

Did they burn down NRG or the Dynamo stadiums in Houston when they have held matches there? No.
