Great spot, well run, fun trivia nights, what the heck happened? I thought they were doing really well.

That space was gigantic and rent there on a corner spot is probably very expensive. Regardless of how busy it was when you were there they'd have to be very busy all the time there to make it.

Would love for them to reopen at a better location. Great place but inconvenient to get there.

Incorrect. The property management company kicked them out due to them no longer wanting a bar on property.
Interesting. I had heard that the rent went up so much that they threw in the towel. Either way it sucks, because it was a great spotBroncos said:dogowner said:

Especially considering it was the only thing that has ever been successful in that developmentExplosivo12 said:
What is the name of the property management? They need to explain why they thought a bar and restaurant, in a college town, would not be a worthy keep. Especially considering it was successful.
Uh, no. They don't. It's their property and they don't have to explain anything to you.Explosivo12 said:

They kind of do considering Northpoint Crossing grossly misrepresented and falsely advertised what all was going to go into those spaces as "amenities" when they built that place and started executing tenant leases.Sweet Kitten Feet said:Uh, no. Both could be true? They didn't want them there, so they increased rent to where it wasn't reasonable?ElephantRider said:Interesting. I had heard that the rent went up so much that they threw in the towel. Either way it sucks, because it was a great spotBroncos said:dogowner said:
