Looking for an experienced framer, because each of the structures have specific details that make them more complicated than a basic home.
They all have engineered framing plans too

Thank you for the framer recommendations. If anyone has additional names, I would appreciate it.

I was framing houses with Kris back in 1999 for one of the most respected framer's in BCS.
He has framed complicated houses for me and I am very picky about details.

I know I am gonna sound pissy and maybe I am but did we not go thru the same scenario with a concrete guy and we gave you all damn good people and you came back after all the suggestions and told us they would not work because you have special engineered plans

Ypur specialized engineered plans are nothing the above
Framers have not seen are probably done and you preceded to go to Home improvement and got some of the same suggestions

Your houses are no different than the 3-5 million dollar houses that the above framers have not built I would give you my framer but I dont want to waste his time and I dont think he would be cheap enough

I think the concrete thread got me wondering why or who is not good enough to build your three houses
How much engineering goes into a 3-6000 sq ft home if they are even that big

I think of Texags as a big group of my friends. So, I made the original post as if I were asking a friend for recommendations. I am sorry if my post offended any of y'all.
To address your comment about concrete…..One of the concrete contractors recommended did not have insurance. I visited with him on the phone and he seemed like a great guy, but he was upfront about no insurance and that was a deal breaker for me. Several of the others would not pour a slab with piers….period.
It took a lot of looking, but in the end, I found a contractor willing to work with Batten drilling for the drilling. Batten did great work, and I would recommend them to anyone needing drilling.
On the framing, I now have a great list of experienced framers that can do the projects…..Thanks to Texags. But I can assure you that there are quite a few local framers that can't build to engineer specs. I'm not going to get into specifics of the projects but each structure has details that made the engineering necessary.
I am not one to go back and forth on forums, but I thought this might help clear up some of the confusion surrounding my original post.
Thanks for all of the help!

Salvador is excellent. His last name is spelled with an I instead of E. His former boss, Eddie Wager is also good and has seen almost everything. Can likely get his number at the McCoy's commercial desk. I don't have it anymore.
