Does anyone have any recommendations for a local person or business that (1) can thoroughly clean and possibly restain residential floor tiles, and (2) install laminate flooring, including removing old carpet and wooden flooring?

I'd like someone who will a good job at a price that is fair to both of us.

When you say residential floor tile, like ceramic or porcelain tile ? Or like wood parquet squares?
