So, they have been working on Old Reliance Road since August. I get that they wanted to install drainage and it looks like they did that. But the roads are not any wider (perhaps even more narrow where they installed guardrails). And they are still working on it now causing a mess and traffic delays just to get out of my neighborhood. Anyone know what their plans are/were and what is going on?

6 months is rookie numbers. You gotta pump those way up. Until you hit 2+ years like at the intersection of hwy 21 and texas, you got nothing to complain about.
I live further down Old Reliance so I feel your pain. I can't say I fully understand what the final product is supposed to look like but at least I notice they are pretty much consistently working on it except when the weather isn't cooperating. I can't say the same thing about other numerous road projects going on around town.
