Any thoughts on them? Ideas? Dos or Don'ts. I'm in Aggieland but not in the city limits.

Do they work better in the city limits rather than outside of them? I'm curious why that bit of info was needed....
Because we don't have to get permits or worry about HOA etc.
I'm pretty confident a bed would not require a building permit even in the city limits.Jetty said:

That makes me think of the catchy song "I want to be a ninja".
Don't need cabinets just the bed structure. Queen size.
They are great for being able to use a guest room for something else besides a bedroom until a guest arrives. Being able to fold up a queen bed frees up a lot of room.
There are some decent kits out there. Some will let you use a normal mattress and have a built in desk that folds out when the bed is stowed.
