It's not your traditional Mexican establishment, and there are so many I haven't tried that I won't call it the "best", but Costa Vida's quesadillas with their salsa roja are fantastic.
Don Chente [hwy 21] or La Perlita have drive thrus, great quesadillas, the food truck near Ronin in DT Bryan has some good ones too.
I've been super curious about Q Peke's. What say those who've tried it?
We like it but it's also extremely convenient for us to get to and get home. I don't know if we would go at all if it wasn't easy to get to and from from our house.
Not super traditional, but Fusion Peru has top notch quesadillas.
Crave meat quesadilla at Taco Crave.
Wife and I tried Peke's this evening. We enjoyed it. Thanks everyone for the suggestions!

I want to be excited about their food. The menu items all look like good ideas. But the taste just is not there.
And their breakfast tacos are bland. They are just above the breakfast tacos I got from Chartwells in the MSC some years back, which were the worst breakfast tacos I've ever had.

Agree. I want to like their food since I think they are a sponsor on here. But food is nothing special and waaaayyyy over priced.
Bland and below average
Just make my own. So much better and cheaper and just takes a few minutes.

You can get people to come to your restaurant a few times, but to get long term repeat customers you need customers to feel they are getting good food and a value for their money.
Taqueria Poblana on the corner of Briarcrest and Booneville has an amazing Pastor Quesadilla.
