Maybe call and ask her? There isn't a whole lot available at any nearby lakefront areas. What made you think of her? Just call and see what she has to say. realtor.com will show you the latest available properties seemingly every Tuesday.

I highly recommend Luke Lusk with Red Pear Realty. We've been working with him recently and he's been great.

Cherry has her own property on Camp Creek and will absolutely cover that area.
Just put it up for sale. It should sell it self. Abby Walsh might help out too. I'm pretty sure FSBO will be fine. If you need any history there are several on here who know things!

cherry works the camp area and has for decades..in fact she owns property on the lake. She will know where the deep areas are and where it dries away from the bank at times.aggiehawg said:

I don't work that far out from B-CS, so I am of no help to you. But according to our MLS, the three most active agents for Camp Creek properties have been Rodney McFadden, Melissa Welch, and Cherry Ruffino.

I would be glad to talk with you about it. We do a fair amount of business out there. There have not been a ton of properties come up for sale out there recently and allot are sold off market as well. There is still a good demand out there although the interest rates combines with most of the lake being covered in hydrilla have slowed it down a bit. Feel free to shoot me a text or call. CC is treating with approximately 10,000 grass eating carp put in the last year and chemicals. A professional company has been hired and is currently working to clear the lake. Fingers crossed!
They are working on it. When dealing with that much veg in a body of water, you have to take a slow approach to controlling it or it can be devastating to the fish/water quality. I know it can be frustrating to let the process play out, but just going in and nuking all the hydrilla is a MUCH worse approach.
Thanks for the notes. Has the hydrilla been a recurring problem? Has it engulfed the lake with this type of magnitude before? Surprised that it would come on the heels of a drought but know nothing about how it manifests.
The hydrilla has been an issue for the last 3 years. A new company was hired to manage the issue cause the last one didn't even put a dent in it.
Has Lochow worked on it?
I see. That's a bummer. Hoping for every one it gets handled.
They are the new company. Hope they do better than the last one…..
I recommend giving Warren Green (Broker - Weichert Realtors) a call. I've used him in the past and there is nobody better.
