There are free water bottles at the east entrance to Post Oak Mall and OP is about to make his 8th trip to load up more.

Or you can go across the street, to Sam's, and pay about $3.50 for 48 bottles
I saw it after it happened. Looks like some guys loaded up their truck at Sams and then made the left turn form Harvey onto the highway 6 access road a bit to fast. A case (possibly more than one) of water had fallen off the truck all over the access road and the green area at the corner. They picked up a lot but left a good amount.
