Is this the old randall's? I will always remember it that way as that is where my wife too be worked when we were younger.

There is an Anytime Fitness right across the street.
The building is 90,000 square feet and gym will be 50,000 square feet. More room for other tenants to join.

There is an Anytime Fitness right across the street.
This fitness center will be a completely different market than the anytime crowd. we do need this.
this place will compete with golds and trufit. Those places definitely need competition because they're turning into garbage. you could argue the best is probably the south golds location, but they shut down their pool (last i checked) and don't have childcare anymore.

If they put in an indoor pool, it would be fantastic.
College Station-Bryan definitely needs a large, higher-end center like LA Fitness or 24 Hour Fitness. Maybe even a Life Time, but that may be too high end if it's only taking 50k square feet.
At first I was of the same mindset, another gym? Really? But, I think that it will draw the folks that live eastward and possibly northeastward.

I miss Albertsons steamed fish. They had some bomb spices to throw on there. The deli was fantastic as well
