Just tried a burger at TheShreddedCow food truck over by campus in the parking lot of Carport Coffee. Food was delicious, and thought it was really cool that it's owned by 2 current Aggie students! Highly recommend, plus supporting students is always good

Not sure on hours, but the address for Carport Coffee (the parking lot this food truck was located in) is:

701 FM 60, College Station, TX 77840, United States

It was on University right across from campus

For anyone who has been around a while, it's the old Copy Corner location at the corner of Nagle and University - used to obviously be a gas station at some point before my time. Also could say that it's right next to the Northgate Nam Cafe.

That is great.. I would like to see an affordable hot dog stand on campus... That would sell out. I know it is not allowed due to the food service contract... Too bad...

That's the place. I just remember getting bound notebooks there for a few classes back in the late 1990s.

Alright, I'm going to giveaway an idea that I've had…

The people that own the parking lot next to the iHop and Harry's should turn the parking lot into food truck city on game days to start, and everyday once the concept has been proven successful.
