F3 is launching in South College Station at Castlegate Park!

Saturday July 29,2023
06:30-08:00
Castlegate Park, aka the Keep
4455 Castlegate Dr.

Tacos/coffee/drinks to follow

F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship and it's our mission to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.

If you're looking for something more in your life, whether that be getting into better shape, making lasting friendships with similarly minded people, or building your faith (whatever that might be), come out on July 29th and see what this is all about.

ttt

Hope to see a big crowd tomorrow. TexAgs is how a lot of us found F3 and is the reason this region even exists.

I would love to get involved with this. Used to crossfit regularly, but life, kids, and some medical issues got in the way.

Now it's been 3 years since I've been in a gym.

Unfortunately, I can't make tomorrow, but would love to join sometime soon.

The FB post says bring "cindies"... what are those?

This is the first I've heard of this group and it sounds like it could be a great place to foster and encourage positive masculinity.

Is this actually true? I've seen too many groups say this but then ostracize someone who doesn't conform to the predominant political leaning or flavor of Christianity of the region. Just wondering how welcome I'd be.

Cinder blocks.

They will be used at some stations as weights. We'll have extras if you don't have a cinder block lying around. Some type of work gloves are a good thing to bring though.

We'd love to have you out. You can email our gmail acct at F3aggieland (@) gmail (dot) com or check out our website f3aggieland.com.

Currently, we have guys that meet at Wolf Pen Creek park, Tanglewood Park, and Castlegate park. Within the past 2 weeks we started a group meeting Mondays and Fridays from 5:30 to 6:15 am at Jack and Dorothy Miller Park. Which location is most convenient for you?

Great question. I want to be honest with you and say that the majority of our participants are Christian. We do have participants of other faiths as well. I can list them but that would be better as a private conversation. These are guys that have been attending with us for 6+ months to a year. F3 truly is open to all men.

Although I have never been to Alcoholics Anonymous, most people are familiar with the concept of "believe in a higher power". That is how I would describe the "3rd F" in F3. All of us are driven by something (usually something larger than ourselves) to be better.

I know of guys in other regions that are heavily involved in F3 that are agnostic. They find the community of F3 to be beneficial to them. I could opine about this for hours, but the bottom line is that we'd love to get you out to try a workout with us. You can judge for yourself. It's free. The only thing you'd be out is a little time.

Glad you made it out. It was a lot of fun this morning. Hopefully I'll catch up with you at another work out.

Is Castlegate the best location for you?
