How long do you want to ignore this user?
Finally into a home here in College Station after a long run in Cypress. Had tons of resources back there on guys to help with projects but none here. Looking for a handy man that can handle odd jobs as I travel a good amount for work. Need some storage units hung in a garage and it's more than I want to deal with.

Ace Handyman. They've done many jobs for me lately. Good work done on time and at reasonable prices. (And they sponsor this forum.)

I was going to call them for a job, but heard from someone else that their prices were crazy high, so I didn't even bother. Maybe I need to revisit that.

Sorry to hear this. I try to stay as fairly priced as possible, given the quality of labor we provide, insured, warrantied, etc.. Definitely not claiming to be the cheapest in town, but I'm a believer that you get what you pay for. Too many times we have had customers call us back to fix what the cheaper guy did and having to pay twice. Give us a shot, I'm sure you'll be happy

Everybody has to make the decision they feel comfortable wish when dealing with a contractor

Some have insurance ,office staff, trucks, and all kind of overhead that nobody sees
They just see a ceiling fan and wonder why it cost so much to install and the above is why

I personally think showing up and having it done right and great communication and the main thing (not nickel and diming you ) is the key

Do not get me wrong price is always the biggest factor but also confidence that it is being done right

I do not know ace handyman just no reason not give a chance because somebody said he was to high
