The article says one of the charges is aggravated kidnapping involving sexual abuse, but it's aggravated kidnapping involving sexual abuse or bodily injury and he's accused of committing the latter. He's facing up to 99 years

$750,000 for aggravated kidnapping involving bodily injury, $500,000 for assault on a pregnant person, $500,000 for violating a protective order by committing assault and $500,000 for continuous family violence. I wouldn't be surprised if his bond amount is reduced in the future.

His bond was reduced today from $2.25 million to $400,000 ($100,000 for each charge). He's still in jail (since June 16th).
