We've previously used other meal prep services but recently made the switch to Heat Ups. I haven't seen anything on them here so I figured i'd give them a shoutout in case anyone else is looking for something similar. They have a ton of options and are super responsive to questions.

They're local and located off Wellborn Road in Bryan. I highly recommend if you're looking for an easy meal prep company. Since you can pick up direct from them you don't have to deal with shipping. It's also a plus that you can freeze them for a few months to have some on hand for those quick lunch/dinner decisions.

In comparison to Icon Meals or Factor, i'd put them far above either.

Also, the brisket mac n cheese and beef quesadillas are very good.

My wife is a huge fan of Heat-ups for her go to meals for working at hospital. They are really nice people and always happy to talk a bit when you go to pick up the meals
