Looking for recommendations on providers in town.
More background:My father had a fall and has been at Encompass for the last two weeks making good progress (no broken bones, just some rhabdo and wounds) from being bed ridden in the hospital for a week+. He's being discharged on Saturday and they're asking us to pick a Home Health provider (plenty of insurance/case manager didn't think we'd run into any issues. We'll be in a walker/wheelchair with care giver approved/trained in transfers.
Some of their suggested providers that seem to be decent (but I have no idea) are Enhabit and Traditions. Again mostly for PT/OT until we can do outpatient.
Does any one have experience with either or have another suggestion we should consider.
