Take them to Twin City Mission and let them know they are for Phoebe's Home
TAMU Career Center Closet
Salvation Army does a nice job of merchandising their stock.
Career Closet is also a winner.
I've seen some nice things come out of St. Vincent de Paul's, too.

Not sure if they take clothing donation, but maybe Elizabeth House? I'm sure nicer clothes would really be appreciated as those young mothers begin to enter the workforce/look for a job postpartum.

The last time I tried to donate to EH, they wouldn't take anything used.
