The description sounds more like Century Square. I'll say in about 10 years, Northgate and Century Square will blend together into one distinct.

The 100 block (College Main between University and Patricia) is awful. I include Icon in that, even though it's technically around the corner.

Way disproportionate share of the serious problems coming out of Northgate.
