Went Wednesday night. Place was great!

The menu looks really good. Maybe try it tomorrow if our 6mo old cooperates.

Went yesterday for lunch. The BBQ brisket burger was fantastic.

Ummm… I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that "Austin" anything won't go over real well here…. Just a guess.

We went tonight for dinner. It was delicious! We got the shrimp and grits and the chicken fry. Drinks were also good! Glad to have them on this side of town!

Had lunch there today. (FYI closed Monday)

Absolutely amazing. Food and service was awesome. Definitely going back.

What's with all the negative comments on this thread? From what I can tell, the two people on this thread who actually went to the restaurant stated that it was good and that they had a good overall experience. WGAS about anything else?

The wet blanket of TexAgs (who doesn't even live in the BCS area) has spoken, along with a bunch of other townies. Ridiculous that something as stupid as a feel/vibe, which it looks like MTK pulls off well, has people running it down without ever trying it.

The menu looks great! Thank you for posting it!

This place was great. The owners talked with us during dinner. They are trying to make a cool restaurant with good music and a different vibe than most places in this town. They mention Austin because that town supports local cool places. Aggieland loves a chain and I'm sure everyone complaining on here aren't the folks they are trying to attract. We are excited there is a place where you can get dinner and drinks under $100. Can't wait to go back

after reading the positive reports here this morning, I decided to give Marfa TK a try for lunch today. although the employee who answered the phone said they weren't really doing take-out yet, they let me order something to-go, anyway.

I ordered the Yard Bird and CFS sandwiches. the Yard Bird was delicious, but I wasn't a big fan of the CFS sandwich because the cutlet was too thick and didn't seem to have much of an exterior crust on it. that said, I still plan to go back soon and dine in.. maybe next date night.

the employees that I met or dealt with were all very friendly and helpful.

Awesome place. Nice patio. Fig and Goat (cheese) awesome appetizer. Coconut Shrimp very tasty as was beet salad. Great vibe w nice bar and wine selection. Back soon!!!!

The better half and I went at lunch today. She had the CFS sandwich and I had the Brisket Not Boring Burger. Both were really good. Can't wait to go back and try the CFS and Shrimp & Grits. The wait staff that we had was very attentive. Wife ordered a Fose to drink which was pretty dang good. Can't wait to see the atmosphere at night.

My wife and I ate there for lunch today and it was fantastic! Will definitely go back.

I trust others here who posted how good it is, and will likely try it at least once. But man…$15 for either A taco or A burger…especially in our current economy…oof. Then again, I'm just a LOL poor with a kid in college. I do sincerely hope this place is successful…I just may not be able to afford to support them with any frequency
