I am hoping I can get recommendations on RV parks that YOU have stayed in that offer monthly rates, security, laundry, etc. I know there are a number in the area but personal use recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.

We have stayed at Hidden Creek for a few months. Now we move our motorhome over there when our parents are in town for them to stay in. No issues at all. Pool is decent, showers and laundry are nice, mostly quiet, free trash pickup.

Thank you very much. They seem much prouder of their facility than some of the others I have looked at.

We have tailgated at Timber Ridge on 2818 for a few years. No pool, but they have laundry and very nice bathroom / shower facilities. Also have a little community room with a large tv and game tables. It's pretty quiet. You can hear people watching the late games on TV, but we haven't seen any parties at night.
The bathrooms / showers are climate controlled.

Thanks. We drove by today but didn't stop but will call for info. We may have to go outside of town a little due to Aggie football rentals.

We've stayed there for up to 5 months at a time

They reserve a few spots for football, but there are people that live there.
