I'm looking for architect recommendations to design a custom home. I would like to include unique design elements rather than build a tract home. If any of y'all had a positive experience working with a local or regional architect, I would appreciate the feedback.

Dave just drafted a very nice custom home for a client. We have utilized him for several projects, and he does great work.
I have also heard great things about Kipp Kissinger, but have not personally utilized him.
P.S. Both of these are going to be drafters, so they should be able to save you a couple of pennies. A registered architect is not required for residential plans.

Arkitex Studio. They did the plans for our addition/ remodel several years ago. Not cheap, but they're true architects, not just "drafters"
