I'm having my kitchen updated with new countertops and paint and would like to have the floor tile steam cleaned after the painter is done. Any recommendations?

I just installed 900 square feet of tile... WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!

but all you have to do to clean tile is take 1 part white vinegar and 3-4 parts water and mop... it's a great cleaner...

we accidentally left some grout on the tile and it dried and had to be chisel off... the grout was 'charcoal' colored, and it stained the tile black... but the vinegar made it come right off after a bit of vigorous scrubbing..

you dont actually have to seal tile... grout sealer is water soluble... so when you mop, it strips it off... which makes absolutely no sense to me... if you wanted to seal it and keep it, you'd have to use like epoxy or something...

I'm not doing any of this DIY. Our family philosophy is do it yourself or make enough to pay someone else to do it and I'm firmly in favor of the later. I'm also recovering from major surgery so not allowed to do anything right now.
