Another option is to bake it yourself. She may appreciate that you took the time and effort to make it.

I really like using RES Sweets (Ryan) 979-587-8933 and Moonstruck Co Pastry (Rebeca) 979-703-9790. Both are young bakers who are very talented. If she likes ice cream, What's Good TX has amazing ice cream cakes.

Saturday will be hard to do though. I have a wedding drop off that morning. Depending on what is needed, I can maybe get a cake out, but in general I am typically booked up a month or 2 in advance for weekends.
