Curious where you're building. We live in Normangee and like it alot.
Try 2D homes in Bryan.
Gary Emola construction
Campbell Homes is based in Franklin and builds in Normangee.

Yes. They might try and nick you for mileage, but most of your custom home builders will go out of town. Where you might have fun down the road is appliance repair people and such. Some of them in BCS don't like to travel.

Look for one that doesn't keep building houses that all look the same.
