Does anyone have a recommendation on a cleaning service / make-ready service in College Station? What should I expect to spend?

My wife and I are moving out of a rental and will have a very short window to get everything packed, moved to Dallas, and turned over to the landlord. If we didn't have to worry about the cleaning after moving out, it would help a ton.

We're talking approx. 1200 sq. ft., give or take. It's a 2 bed / 1 bath with a galley-style kitchen and decent living room / dining room space. All tile floors. Four large windows and a sliding glass back door. All kitchen appliances will remain in the unit as they belong to the landlord. Nothing to worry about outside.

Looking to have the place cleaned sometime around the 25th - 29th.

I'm checking with my housekeeper if she's cool with me giving out her number.

When I moved out of a rental, sounds very similar to yours, I paid a couple hundred for a deep clean/final cleaning. They did a good job, so I hired them permanently.

After renting numerous apartments and homes, I stopped getting the place professionally cleaned. The place would be spotless and professionally cleaned. I would still get hit for a few hundred dollars. Decided to save the money and do a quick clean myself.

I get that. Point is, I don't have time to do ANY cleaning myself.

I'm not worried about my deposit. Been there 9 years; the place is gonna get dinged and I can fight it. I just don't want to be dinged for cleaning that I don't have time to do (and would skip if I could get away with it).

I appreciate the effort! Any word?

Sorry. Forgot to write back. Sounds like she's pretty booked up and only taking new work from friends of clients as she's able.
