Recommendations on a local handyman/company who could lay some plywood down in an attic?

Not looking or anything fancy. Just something sturdy enough for light storage and to support someone standing/walking during the 2-3 times per year I go up there.

Do it for him but use 1/4" plywood

Plywood is great, but another option is to use 1x4 or 1x6s. There was a thread on here about it, but you can get them into the attic much easier. They can also easily be cut to get around HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Do you have reasonable access and an area picked out in the attic?

The access is through the ceiling in the garage. There are two fairly open areas around the opening. The rest of the area around the opening is small or leads to the AC.

I'm not a contractor, but I could do it.

This poster has been around a long time. Sometimes young people make unfortunate choices.

Contact T with Glory Enterprises. He's a small, local, handyman business. He's very reasonable. 979-218-2336

If the other options don't work, my son and I will take care of it.
