Would not recommend Bill Coleman with Angleton Teal Estate Appraisal. Not sure if he is even still doing work up here, but he doesn't have a local MLS connection for comps and delayed our closing on a large multi-property refi. It costs us thousands as it drug out. In the end he dodged calls and the tried to blame it on us for not getting him comps. Not a good experience. He was bank hired.

What does a company like Cangelose charge for their service?

Also, in years' past, I remember saying online that I wanted to protest and then came in by person to protest (with paperwork). With things online now, is that still the case or do we have to submit everything up front?
