Oh forgot to add, we did try to get Eco Zapp to come out and bid our project before we called RM Mullinix. The first two calls, I was told someone would call me back (never did). The third time I tried, I got ahold of someone that could actually talk to me about our setup but they were all kinds of rude and pretentious. So I gave up. Then their TexAgs antics ramped up and I was glad I dodged that bullet. I wouldn't give them a penny of my business.
Truly Sorry you had a bad experience with us irl. We do remember talking to you at the Home and Garden Show in 2018. After realizing we lost your business we did look back to find our several attempts in contacting you ( We didn't write down your compete info I believe and had only one contact form)
However, busy Home Shows and the weeks after can be, I do apologize for us dropping the ball on your business. We Sponsor the event each year to bring a great hvac service to the area not a mediocre one. I believe we only had 1-2 HVAC employees at that moment with no office staff and you likely caught our 3rd party/ after hours line if you called us. This was in Feb 2018 when we went from Green to complete Blue a month or so beforehand. If it's worth anything..
At this time EcoZapp as solely an HVAC company was less than about 30 days old from our compete rebrand. This Event Basically caught us in complete start-up mode when we didn't even have our complete fleet back from our friends down HWY 6 yet. Fun times on the entrepreneurial rollercoaster jugging that weekend with being title sponsor on top
Luckily we've been very busy at work over the past couple of years since the 2018 Home Show while in Temporary Re-start-up mode. We've grown at bit and even now offer bids via Zoom now due to COVID.
In Hindsight it's funny how as a business, which tiny mistake pops back up after years to customers. No matter if your business is < 2 months old Vs. a 70 year old company; Can't miss that phone call & better Follow-up !
