They all do that. It will be three people and one of them pretty much has the day off except to charge you. They will move things around in the truck but not lift a damn thing.
I had a ton of heavy boxes that my mover was supposed to put in the attic. They tried to dump them all in the garage instead and put the garage boxes in front of them to hide them. When I asked about them, they said they were done and weren't going to move them. I guess they did the math and figured it wasn't worth an additional hour of pay. The owner of the company backed them and demanded payment. There really wasn't much I go do at that point other than not tip them.
