TXDOT trucks spraying hwy 6

I've seen a number of big trucks working in tandem spraying something on the roads on hwy 6. Anyone know what it is they're spraying?

They're probably spraying a brine solution due to all of the winter weather.

I know that sprayed the Waco area early this morning. I don't think the temps dropped below 36 in the area.

We are supposed to get freezing rain later and they are expecting the roads to ice. It seems like the county may have started salting roads. 2776 looks like it's been salted
