Besides the obvious of North Texas, what are some good schools you've heard of for an art degree? Sam has a pretty good program, but you'd be in Huntsville... Ehhhh

Sorry, yeah that's kinda important.
Drawing/painting/computer graphics.

I think Vizlab has programs for pre-collegiate students.
