I'm pretty sure Fargo's will smoke a turkey for you as well
We have used Readfield's several times. Always tender, always tasty. We carved it ourselves.

I think C&J's BBQ has them too! I always order my my Greenburg's Turkeys out of Tyler.

Greenberg in Tyler is absolutely the way to go for smoked turkey. Being from there, we get them every year and usually keep one on hand in the freezer for times when we get a hankerin'. There is still time to get one for Christmas! https://gobblegobble.com
We like to get smoked prime rib from Rosenthal Meat Center on campus. Delicious! It's probably too late to put in your order for this year, though.
