In need of somebody to help guide me through the process of dealing with an incredibly frustrating insurance company. I can't get past the claims adjuster who is talking my claim VERY personally and has filed it incorrectly.

Does anybody have any personal experience with a lawyer that can help me with this? I hate to be "that" person, but everybody I've talked to says I need a lawyer.

Good luck. I only hope you are not dealing with geico. I have been trying to settle a claim with them for over a year. In today's world a lawyer is a must. Involve a lawyer sooner than later. And do not have any contact with the insurance co at all.

We used Hunter for my wife's issue with an insurance company.

We felt the same way. We just wanted the insurance company of the person that hit her to pay what they needed to pay. Their client, their bill.

They didn't, so we hired Hunter.

You would think that would be reasonable. In the past three years I have had two different idiots hit me, sent for an ambulance ride and total out two almost new trucks. You would think you would at least come out even. I thought I could handle it and boy howdy was I wrong.
