Does anyone have a recommendation for a hairstylist that works well with curly hair? I have not been having any luck finding anyone. Thanks!

I go to Kim at Eye Candy. She just cut my hair short (which can be bad for curly hair if you mess up) and did an awesome job!

I see Quint at Sheer's Hair Salon.

First time I went, I said, just make me look good.

He has never disappointed me, and is good at taking note of the little things and working with them (like my cowlick).

I'll second Quint at Sheers. I'm not good about getting in there as often as I should and I find that his cuts grow out nicely. He is also great about not critical with me for going so long between cuts. He is great about listening to my ideas and talking me out of the crazy ones---like when I told him to shave it while undergoing chemo. It was not falling out from the treatment but I simply had zero energy to take care of it. He gave me a nice, short cut that was easy to wash and wear.

I use Celeste Kimes at A Wild Hair Salon and I also recommend Devon Fox at the French Door. Both of them have curly hair (especially Devon) and her kids have very curly hair as well. I've used both and recommend both of them very highly for curly hair.
