I haven't tried to reset because some channels work and some still say that they're working on it and I should use the non-HD channels, that it will be back up shortly. Of course, I've been looking at that screen now for six hours!
I spent 2 hours on the phone with a tech assistant and then a customer service representative last night. My patience with that company has ran out and I let it be known. Amazingly, my bill has been reduced now by $100 per month and new equipment is being mailed.
If it clouds up in south college station, I lose signal. We will see how this updated version of their receiver works.
