is there anyone who does this in our area? I need my home windows cleaned, both sides. just something i don't have time to do, but needs to be done.

I've used Fish Window Cleaning. It's pricy, but they do a good job and are so quick. They'll do the fans and light fixtures, too, if you want.

Pricey? i assume by the window? Any estimate?

I've used Fish on several of our jobs as well as gotten quotes for customers. For the amount of work done, I found their prices to be quite reasonable. I had one home quoted that was a two story, some windows as large as 6'x14-16' plate glass, tons of windows, probably 40 or more including sliding doors. To clean inside and outside it was around $650. I was expecting over $1000. This was after a remodel job, so the windows were a bit dirty, exterior hadn't been cleaned in years probably. They do free estimates, so I'd encourage you to have them out to see your job and give you an estimate.
