My kids and I recently went by and met Jeremy (owner) at Fungineering (off Harvey road). This place looks great! If you are looking for some activities for your kids this summer, you should check out their camps.

From their page: By providing a supervised, playful environment, FUNgineering enables young children to explore the fascinating world of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). This is accomplished through an age-tailored process that allows the children to have hands-on experiences with a broad array of engineering-based robotic challenges and science-based computer games.

I second that! My son has taken several classes there and they've all been great.

Did not even know Brick 4Kidz even existed. Being at the Mall it might have well have been on the moon. Used to relax my no Mall rule for Christmas as long as the store had an outside interest, now just never go.

ooshwa,

It was really good meeting you and your kids the other day, and thank you for mentioning us. When I first started thinking about creating FUNgineering a couple years ago, because I wanted a local place for my three little kids to be able to go to and do the things they love, I had no idea that it would end up being this much fun every day. It's been a challenge since we aren't a franchise and we had to figure everything out from scratch, but it's totally worth it. I should also say that the Small Business Development Center on 29th street helped tremendously when I was just getting started. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking of starting a new business from scratch go sit down and talk to them.

I whole heartedly agree with your statement about the BV small business development center. They were a tremendous help with the start of my small business.
