How long do you want to ignore this user?
Is anyone else still having problems with their Houston Chronicle delivery? For the last 3 Sundays we have received either no paper or just the main sections (no coupons, comics, etc). Daily delivery has been OK. We are in College Station.
I've emailed help at chron.com but no results so far. Has anyone had success contacting them another way?

We report through my account every time we miss a paper. Was hoping I wouldn't have to call, but I guess that will be the next step.

Yeah it looks like that email you used is for online subscriptions. You'd think they'd respond to all emails but that may not be the case.

I'm mostly wondering if other subscribers are also having delivery problems, or are we the only ones?

Since thy switched to the Eagle carrier also delivering the Chronicle a few weeks ago, we haven't missed a day. But I am still canceling daily delivery and going to digital edition. Too much money for a paper version of a liberal rag.

So true about being a liberal rag. It's become the NY Times with Houston Chronicle in name only.

True, but it's a greater loss when I spill coffee on it!

I am starting to think about switching, though.

I will also add that my paper copy showed up around 9:00.
