We used Bob a couple of years ago to fix a roof leak and were very happy with his work, pricing, etc. The last few months we've tried to get him to come out and look at our roof because we think it needs more work done to it. Three times we've called and left our info with his wife or receptionist and he never calls. She is always really sweet and takes our info, but we never hear back. Does anyone know if he is still in business?

Also, since I guess we aren't going to get anywhere with him...who else does this board recommend for roofing repairs and replacements?

Bob has previously done work for me as well. I say give him one more try. Bob does good quality work, good pricing, and is just plain 'good people'.

Bob is as good as they get in the roofing business. I wouldn't use anyone else.
