I like taking my car to Drews Car Wash to clean it. Has anyone tried the unlimited washes that you can purchase monthly?

Yes...love it. I do the $20/mo. level, and you can go as many times as you want in a month. Excellent towels to do touch up drying after you drive through and very powerful vaccuum cleaners.

What is the basic wash from Drew's? I assume no wax or nothing special. I can't find a website and their FB page doesn't show much.
Basic is $8 drive thru, good wash and great rinse....then good towels to finish drying and super vacuums....so $20 for a month with as many times as you want to use it.
Love it but wish they did multi-car discounts. I do the higher level plan ($50 a month), and they towel dry it for you. I give them a few extra bucks and they clean my rims too (which are a pain). I go about twice a week.
I have the $20 for my daughter's small car and I do the $27.99 for my Yukon xl. And I'm there about once a week. Then I o my own tires and rims if there's no wait for the stalls. Great deal. And you can cancel anytime which is what I may do in colder months when it's more likely to rain.

The University Drive location has traditional and touchless bays but you have to touch a car to really get it clean so that's what most people tend to use.
the monthly deal isn't good on the touch less - I asked because that is what I use
Traditional 'Touch' car washes will scratch vehicles over time and leave swirl marks. This is especially true on dark colored vehicles.
Yes you do need to "touch" a vehicle to get it thoroughly clean but a 'touch free' wash can be used many times to prolong the need to have a touch wash. Of course if it is exceptionally dirty then that may not work.
I NEVER use those foam bristle/brush washes. Rocks, twigs, glass, dirt...etc can become trapped and act as tiny ways to **** up your paint or glass. A roommate had several hundred dollars worth of damage done to his Camaro when this happened.

Boo! Stick with a touch free wash twice a month and your paint job will thank you.
