Republic definitely has it on the menu. Also consider Madden's, Christopher's, and La Riviera.

Ive gone to Christopher's before for just dessert. Nice shirt and jeans, sat at the bar. The creme brulee is my favorite dessert they offer. Ask for a side of Grand marnier marinated berries.

Blackwater Draw Brewing Co. has a guy making some pretty cool creme brulee. There has been a kiwi one and a blackberry flavored one.

Republic has one, it is Carmel based I think. Maddens is really good too. I haven't tried others.
